The author of the best-selling book, Getting the People Equation Right, Logan is committed to helping leaders get the right people in the right jobs, build high-performing cultures and lead in ways that make people want to work for you.  

Logan began his career as a lawyer for a prominent New Orleans law firm. After a decade of practicing law, he moved into private enterprise to lead sales and marketing efforts as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for LEDCO, Inc., a natural gas pipeline company then listed by Inc. magazine as one of the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in America.

From LEDCO, Logan took the reins as CEO of Nortech Energy Corp., a natural gas marketing and trading joint venture startup of a large, diversified energy company. Most recently, from 2010 to 2016, he was a part of the team that built Response Team 1 from start up to the second largest insurance restoration company in the U. S. It was even recognized by Inc. magazine consecutively as one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in America.

Logan is a member of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University. He holds a BA degree from the University of Texas, Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University.
