Value Creation Leadership
With Value Creation Leadership℠, my Leadership Intensive Program, your leaders will receive a highly individualized and experiential program that will help them enhance the skills and leadership traits that move your organization forward. This one-day training includes three, intensive phases that are assured to promote the development of strong leaders.
How It Works?
This phase includes a one-on-one, hour-long session with each participant to explore the individual’s leadership strengths, as well as any tendencies that don’t contribute to success. This exploration is based on a cutting-edge leadership profile derived from the participant filling out a Harrison Assessment® questionnaire.
This one-day, highly experiential, workshop is designed to help you attain immediate, applicable skills that will support you when the pressing challenges facing senior leaders inevitably arise:

Phase 1:
Build Self Awareness
This phase includes a one-on-one, hour-long session with each participant to explore the individual’s leadership strengths, as well as any tendencies that contribute to success. Learn in Practice
