The truth is, these two are not at odds; they are two essential sides of growth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Why Self-Acceptance Matters<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-acceptance is the foundation of sustainable growth. Without it, self-improvement can become harsh self-criticism.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you accept yourself\u2014 your strengths as well as your missteps and unproductive behavioral tendencies\u2014you create space for honest reflection and resilient leadership.
