Getting the People Equation Right Wins Gold Metal from Axiom Business Book Awards

I am excited to share that The Axiom Business Book Awards awarded Getting the People Equation Right with a 2023 Gold medal!

For those unfamiliar with this award, Axiom’s mission is to recognize and promote the world’s best business books. Previous medalists include Nobel laureate Robert Shiller, former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Pulitzer Prize winner Doris Kearns Goodwin, and philanthropist and investor Raymond Dalio.

I am honored to join the business and thought leaders whose works are acknowledged this year, and I want to thank my publishing and audiobook team for contributing to the book—I share this award with them.

It took stepping out of my comfort zone to submit my work to the highly regarded critics at Axiom. Martha Bullen, thank you for believing in the book and for encouraging—really prodding me—to take the leap and submit the book.
